Yeah, they treated me nice when I stopped in last year and responded quickly to an e-mail request on a price quote. I have had others tell me they are a great shop all the way around.

I have a mc mechanic that I trust and charges a fair price. He talks things over w you and knows his business and again....I trust him. His name is Mike and he runs Pit Stop Cycle at 10929 US Hwy 1, Ste 17, Sebastian , Fl 32958. 772-589-9992. Also while I was on a trip to Virginia Beach all my rear lights went out on me and the fuse was good so I assumed I had an electrical problem without checking the obvious. I took it to Cycle World at 4972 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach VA 23462. 757-499-4146. Dave was thebservice guy and replaced my light bulbs. My bad for not checking the obvious but he was honest and quick

My dealer - Kawasaki Superstore of Ahwatukee - closed up a year and a half after I bought my Nomad. I don't recommend them.

I only recommend for the dealers, the service department is shady and the SM argues with the bike owners (me on 3 different occasions on 2 different bikes over 3 years, he didn't realize it was me again)

Best overall dealership I've dealt with. The owner called me several times after my vaquero purchase to see if i needed anything. Parts department went out of their way to get me an extra key at no cost to my KQR luggage rack. BTW. Most tires are always half price.

Excellent service department (although all I've ever needed them for is regular maintenance. ) Good parts department. They have made mistakes in 2 of my orders and on both occasions, they absorbed the extra costs. Sales of new bikes are a little high but they will work with you.

I purchased my 2013 Vaq from Arizona Kawi in Apache Junction, AZ which is a sister store of Kelly's. I had a painless experience there and was treated right but I did find the parts showroom mediocre. The first accessory that I was interested in was the iPod adapter and Kelly's was the only store to stock it. Jim helped me at the counter and I found he is also a Vaq rider. His knowledge and honest opinions on products keep me coming back.

The problem I see is one company owning most of the bike dealerships in the area, which is RideNow, because it kills competition.

Ponch.... I WOULD NOT buy a thing from ride now if they were the last dealership in the state...Kelly's is NOT a ride now dealership, unlike most of the Harley dealers in the valley, which are owned by Ride Now.

I agree, I started shopping at RideNow and GoAz. They were definitely pushing the Victory over the Vaquero even though they sold both. I wasn't ready to buy at the time I was there and when they found that out their focused steered away.

RideNow is a national company and owns more than just Harley dealers. They even own Victory BMW in Chandler. When you get a situation like that, it's a monopoly.

I went to GOAZ for warranty work. You can read my blog post on it by clicking on My Motorrad below. A nice modern new and clean place with friendly and attentive staff, but all that costs big bucks and there's a price to pay as they say. The thing is, can a deal be found in the valley? When I bought my beemer in Iowa, it was 2200 below list. I don't think they deal other than MSRP here.

I think we have a member here that is a parts tech at one of the local kawasaki dealers. I don't remember the name, but he rides a red vaquero.

I was tipped off by a friend which suggested using the Costco Auto Program which saved me about $2000 from MSRP. After taking a phone survey with a Costco rep a couple weeks after my delivery they in turn sent me a $250 Costco cash card and 20% off accessories I believe.
