2012 North East / Canada East rally schedule of events.

Monday July 16th.

Check in at the Canyon Motel. Remember to bring your filled in ICE forms and VBA waivers.
A meet and greet is planned for the evening. We will be ordering in pizza. Beer and soft drinks will be available. All at a nominal cost.
We will also be raffling off numerous door prizes. Proceeds will go toward off-setting the cost of out 2 new VBA regional banners.

Tuesday July 17th

9:00 am: Assemble for the days ride.
Ride will be to the Kinzua railroad bridge. A stop for lunch is planned
at Hoss's steak and seafood buffet.

Wednesday July 18th.

A do your own thing / socialize day.
Note: We may use this day for one of the scheduled rides should bad weather prevent us from riding on the planned days.

Ride will be to hyner view & we will also take a ride on a riverboat. A stop for
lunch at Curt`s smoking ribs is planned.

I could only get 1 day off from work so I will be there Thursday night and Friday. I see that there are no official plans for Friday, but I'm comming anyway! Lol

Norm, I am still trying to free up my calender but this year may be a no go. I have a Blue Knights event on July 15. I have also been invited to attend the Gold Cup Boat Race in Detroit July 13-15 and my boss is thinking we need to run down to Florida to check out his new boat. I may need to clone myself.

Thank Larry and Tim also, they have put at least as much and probably more into this than me.
Larry and Elaine have been up to the area twice checking routes and coming up with the rides, Sooo, (don't say anything cause they are away right now) if we all get lost we can blame them.:tehe:
