Anyone been to Har-Ber Village located on Grand Lake of the Cherokees, OK? See link below. I was told not to miss it if I'm in the area. A little over 100 miles from base motel. May head there Saturday, weather permitting. Forecast is looking a little bleak but it's early yet.

When are you heading up Mike? We plan on leaving Tuesday morning and resting somewhere North of Texarkana until Wednesday morning. I'm going up I-49 until Shreveport then US-71N.

mitch, I might be interested in that trip.
It's been several years since we've been to Har-Ber Village Mitch, but it is a neat place. I think Watchman, Liz, Teresa and Rick visited there after the Antlers rally last year. Liz posted a slideshow with some pictures from there, but I can't access them now.

We'll have plenty of time time to talk about it Thursday and Friday. Some of us may want to just lay around and rest after long rides for several days. Looks like the weather forecast has improved big time.

The local weather man is saying lows in the upper 60's, highs in the upper 80's.
20% chance of rain Wed. thru Fri. Saturday about the same but no mention of rain.
Not bad for highs around here in June.

Mike, I'm still debating whether or not I'll trailer the bike up or not. I was just given the green light to ride by the Doc. Don't know how well my arm would handle the 600 mile trips up and back. Numbness is still bothering me from my thumb joint halfway up my forearm. If we meet up somewhere I can always unload the bike and ride the rest of the way up.
