Welcome to the forum/VBA, Baggershield! Please make one of your contraptions for the older HD Tour Glide. :D

Ok, Chris . . . Take your medication and have a nap.

I think I'm out of meds, Mark. I can't take a nap where I'm at. Bet I sleep well this afternoon since I've been up since 6pm yesterday.

Who is Baggershield? I must have missed something Chris.

Apparently, Baggershield is one of our new "authorized" sponsors. They make a neat product. It's a combination of short and tall windshields. You can flip the top of it around. Short for in town cruising then flip it up (probably takes 90 seconds) for some long distance stuff when you don't want any air. http://www.baggershield.com/

They make their windshield for the VV but not for the Nomad. They don't make one for the older HD Tour Glide fairing, either. Sucks as I'd probably buy one for the fairing project.

Looks like something you could make yourself fairly easily.

Probably not enough TourGlides on the road to make it worth their while.

Doesn't look like it gives you much more height for $200.
I agree with Steve, looks like you could make it relatively easily.
You like to tinker with the bike anyway.:D

I know that's why they don't make one for the TG. Still didn't hurt to try. :D

I like to tinker with the bike but I usually make a mess of things. It seems to be cheaper to buy something already done. I tend to spend twice the money to get inferior results.

You should learn from your mistakes, rather than keep repeating them.

I make different mistakes each time. The only thing I've really learned is that I don't have the skills to do most of the mods I'm attempting.

I am sorry, $149.99 for 3 bolts and some plastic. A little to rich for my blood and I feel very much over priced.

It would be nice to have a bit more money as then I could tell someone exactly what I wanted made and they could either make it for me or guide me as I was making it. That would actually be a good job for someone semi retired with the skills and tools to do stuff like I keep attempting. Just be a guide. Kinda like Mark with his house stuff.

I got mine for $135... and feel it is worth it. Just looked at cee baileys site, $120 for a 13" non adjustable shield. The baggershield can adjust from 8 to 12.5"...I like my option for different riding conditions
