We have the location and dates locked in for the 2012 Rally, Townsend, TN June 14-17. The details for lodging are being worked out this week and will be posted as soon as they are set.

Our next thing is to get some rides set for the rally. I was thinking that having a couple options for Friday and Saturday would be great. We will need ride leaders and sweep riders for each. Routes will need to be planned out also.

Anyone that would be willing to help develop the routes, please post here along with any ideas for where we should ride. Once we have some suggested ideas, we will move forward with the route planning and finalizing everything.

Come on over Scott. Anyone is welcome from any region. I may be going to the NW/WCanada rally in July myself.

Grandpa Goose, I figured you'd be chomping at the bit to get a route out there for us to ride. I want one that a bus driver would follow :)

That is a great place Kawhead. It will be a 12-14 hour day if we do that (4 hours each way, including 1 pit stop per leg). I don't have a problem with that.

That was my thoughts too. It could be a nice long all day easy ride. I was going to do that one anyway on a free day or something. Historic sites are for lame stuffy old men. Not everybody's cup of tea.
