Has anyone ordered from this company? It appears that they discount 23% off of OEM parts. Just wondering if anyone has any input on their customer service.

Thanks!

The best thing to do is to get prices from different sites. I found that they all play games since we don't know what MSRP is on OEM parts.

They also all charge different shipping rates.

Then when you find one to purchase from you find out that they don't stock the parts and have to wait until they get them from Kawasaki before they send them to you.

Fortunately, my local dealer will match the internet prices and not charge me until the parts come in.

You are fortunate with having a local dealer that will do that. Mine is not that friendly. I do my homework and try to find the best price and then check MSRP against Kawasaki's accessory page if it's OEM that I am looking at. It's all a big game but I try to get the best deal I can. The aforementioned company is the best I can find on the communications set up for the Voyager to include Ebay.

Thanks for the reply.

OEM accessories is different than OEM parts, but even with OEM accessories the internet sites will often times list a different MSRP than Kawasaki's website.

My local dealer would rather have the parts and accessories flow through his business and make a little less profit than not sell anything to us internet savvy consumers.
