View Full Version : Last One I Promise
I guess you can tell that I like my solitude. Years ago when flying to San Francisco I looked out of the plane and looked down on all the uninhabited land. I made up my mind that someday I would get right in the middle of it all by myself and listen to creation. I did. I remember thinking, this must be where God comes to cry and the lake is from his tears for all the sadness we cause ourselves.

beautiful shot Dan, I feel the same way. How do you like the saddle bag racks? Any draw backs to them?
Doc
Thanks Doc, I love the chrome racks and as you can see on the new bike I have added the chrome lower rails. They don't really protect anything it's just that I like bling. I promise I am not putting a swan with big wings and a light on my front fender.

Very nice "reflection on creation" Dan. When I travel that happens to me all the time. I don't go looking for it, it just hits me at the most well timed moments. It causes me to give thanks for all I have and I usually take a good half hour expressing my gratitude. It took me most of my 50 years to realize that someone's been taking me by the hand and bringing me to that place (wherever it may be) and showing me their work.
Glad to see others have been brought to those places too and understood the grandeur.
I like the gaurds on top of my bags too, helps keep them from bieng scratched. Plus they look good as helll
1. VulcanCouple. The lower rails are made for Nomad. Got them at Kaw Dealer. Waiting on
return call now for price info. I can't remember. Soon as I know I will post it.
2. Nico, for sure is Utah and is gorgeous. Nico, My mothers maiden name was DeNatle. Her
Mother was from Sicily. Think my grandfather was a Gondola Driver on a garbage scowl
in Venice. LOL......
3. SWB, You only go through once I'm told. You can get them or save the money and leave
it to someone else. I've learned my lesson. I saved my whole life, gave it to a stock broker
and now he is loosing it for me. I decided to start spending it before he loses it.
4. BD, You are right. There is a lot more in the view if you just look a little deeper. I hear what
you are saying and I am glad you go there.
