Why didn't they do the test here?
This is public safety educational video although it may be viewed by some as a little revealing.
In some cases it worked to well and traffic came to a standstill.
Danish speed limit signs are now rarely ignored and impossible to miss.

that was the highlight of my morning :)
20mph school zones, no problem. I would gladly slow down.
Now you see why I went to Denmark in November!!!
There was a survey recently, reported a couple weeks ago by CBS news, that indicated that the Danes are the happiest people in the world. Now we see why - CBS didn't have that angle.

I know it would work here! Our local Hooters had a bunch of their waitresses on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant advertising for lunch time business. Traffic SLOWED to a crawl in that area and they had to eventually suspend the advertising because they were causing "rush hour" traffic at lunch time http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Heck yes, I'd slow down------------or stop------------or turn around and go back---------------or stop and chat.
