TC,
In your user control panel.....click on Edit Options....then scroll to the very bottom and make sure you turn on "enhanced interface".....that should help you out and all the smilies will turn on for you....:tup:.

LOL....yeah,...but I can't get mine as big as yours. Also....it took me a long time to figure that Paint program out. I'm used to MS Publishers and Paint is a whole different animal....;).
