Being the mechanical idiot that I am ::), please advise me - on what setting is best for riding two up. Note - wife is 5'8, about 150 lbs. No girl friend at this time.....

You can't carry your wife and girlfriend at the same time anyway, so no problem. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif
For two up riding I would keep about 30 pounds of air pressure and use the III setting.

I'm about 170 and the wife's about 150.
I keep mine as Gene has suggested.
Of course it's whatever you think gives you the best ride and control.

When the time comes along where you can take them both for a ride just add a sidecar. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif
