OFFICIAL HEAD COUNT

We need a head count in order to determined how many rooms. The dates as of now are July 16th arrival, leave July 20th. That's 4 nights to be booked unless someone can only stay 2 or 3 nights.

Once we have a good idea about how many rooms to block off for the rally, we will contact the motel and advise. We will then post a new thread after that asking everyone to individually contact the motel and reserve their room. At that time mention to the motel you are with kawanow to get the group discount.

4. Tim & Cindy = 1 room voted
