any suggestions on where to acquire a 2003 1500FI service manual? preferably online.

Good luck finding one that's free to download. I've searched.
I was looking for one for an 02'. If you find it please link to it.
I may just go ahead and buy one. The one here is not for an FI model.

This is a great site for very very cheap pdf downloads of full service manuals. I got the 03 for $5.95
