I am considering a personalized license plate on my new Nomad and have check Utah DMV site for availability. My first pick (NOMAD) was already taken, so now I'm just kind of considering a few other ideas.

Any good ideas? I only have 5 digits.

There actually was a car with the plate "3MTA3" in Utah back in the 80's. I used to see it near where I worked. It had a plate frame that said "read it backwards".

Neat Scott. I guess I will have to start reading some of them backwards as they don't make sense to me.

Here in Alabama I am not sure we have the option on motorcycle license plates. We do for automobiles but have never seen one on a motorcycle.

How about OCRSH for Orange Crush. That's what your old bike reminds me of. It's a shame they only allow 5 characters.

I just got back from the DMV. The first person told me 5 letters, but today they said only 4!!!???

With only four, not too sure it's worth the extra $65....? Kinda of lame that it is only 4 letters. A standard plate has 5. I pointed that out and they said the machine they use to make the custome plates uses larger letters....

Well the $65 wasn't a huge issue until they said only 4 letters. Not too many choices with that. I guess it's a standard plate for me.

It is $65 one time and an additional $10 each year when you get your new sticker....?

65 is steep. Git KAW before someone else beats you to it.
