Hi gang! New to this forum, I do post on VROC and Delphi. Was contacted by another member to come aboard here as I make parts for our Kawasaki's. Things I do are handlebar risers and also Larger Lowers for the Nomads, as well as handlebar risers for Suzuki Volusia C50/C90 and LC1500. Check my sig line for pics and email me for more info.

Is there something for when I post a message, I can select a box to check so I know when someone replies to a topic I create?

Now we're talking. Just bought a new Nomad last Thursday, thinking of putting risers on it but not sure what I need. Seems like a couple inches would do it (yeah, yeah, I know... that is what she said...) but not sure what the various types are out there... the ones I saw were like 180 bucks!! That's just crazy talk http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif Any recommendations?

Welcome aboard Chuckster.

Negative on the e-mail notification for replies, but (similar to VROC boards) when you log in and open the general board you will see a blue "New" icon next to any thread title where there has been activity since you last opened that thread. Click that icon and it will take you directly to the new entries.

Yes those lowers look about like the ones I machine. For the risers I make different length's but the most common are the 2" one's. They riase the bars up 1 7/8" and back about 1 1/4", making the bike more comfortable to ride. Price for the 2" is 46.00 shipped.

The Phat ll are the only ones you want for the Nomad. 3 inches up and 2 back. Weigh 1.6 lbs billet aluminum and beautifully chromed. $135 from Scootworks. Just put mine on about 4-5 days ago. Kooooool. Hey Chuckster where did you get your larger lowers? is that a Cobra light bar? I have a '05 w/Cobra lightbar and nobody makes lowers yet to fit. get back with me on them, please. For now, welcome and get a cold one for yourself and me.

Man thats the size i have been looking for, freaking sweet chuckster. I didnt want to buy any of the others becasue they all sat to far up and back. I have pretty long arms now and I seem to fit my nad well but I know that if i order a set of the 2" risers that it would be dead perfect. So how can I order these from you ASAP Chuckster???

I look forward to your reply,
Chuck (Vulcancouple)

It's kinda a bummer but you have to use a third party pic provider like webshots, photobucket and link your images here. I wish they gave each one of us like 2MB of space to load images into but they dont. Sorry. Hope this helps chuckster...
