What do I do with this?

After adding Joes air kit and coaster plates, I have a small tube, about the size of a pencil, coming out of the top of my throttle bodies and going over to the left side of the bike. I'm unsure what the other end was attached to. Does anyone know what this is and what I need to do with it? Is this something I ought to have plugged?

Plug it, on mine there are no longer any hoses. Everything has been capped on the throttle body itself.

Any reason why I couldn't use a little gasket maker or silicon to seal coaster plates that plug off the read valves instead of ordering and buying a new gasket?
