I liked the looks of Chuckster's (Joe Norris) light set so I bought one from him. It came in the mail today so I put the Nomad on my jack (with my adapter and a ribbon tied to the mirrors of course) and I went to work. It was easy to install. I had to slightly modify my larger home made lowers but that was a cake walk. Got just just before dark so I took the bike for a spin.

Stopped twice to raise the spots because I started out with them aimed conservatively so that I did not blind on coming traffic right out of the box. Finally got them up to where I think I want them, I can see and no one flashed their headlights at me.

Nice and bright up front now! I can see and have no doubt that I am also being seen.

The kit had great instructions and all of the pieces and parts that you need to complete the install. Joe thinks of everything.

Chome is very nice. I figured out that there is a right and left light because the inside of the light brackets are not polished to a bight chrome finish on the inside where they bolt onto the frame. Installation was easy with no hang ups. Both lights come on with the headlamp after the engine fires. The both stay on full time. It would be easy to cut a switch into the hot lead to turn the spots off if you wanted that option for some reason.

Great price for the kit. Very nice looking set. Chrome is nicely done. I recommend this kit.

I just put one of Joe's lightbar kits on my bike two weeks ago. I would echo every sentiment you said about them, as it is a great item. I'm a pretty big dummy when it comes to wiring, but the directions are simple and straight-forward as you said. I had one question about installation, and Joe was fast with his response. Highly recommend!

Question....Why does the female blond or redhead need to be in a bikini? Naked works for me!

Because the brain is the sexiest part of the human body. What you can't see is more desireable.

Okay, I give up. Here are the pix that you all wanted.

The streaks on the windshield are reflections of the bare tree limbs overhead.

This photo shows the brackets that Joe makes. He does a great job polishing them prior to chrome. Note that I had to notch my oversized lowers to make room for the brackets.

I see your bell. ;)....Thanks for the pics I was curious too but glad you gave up on the guys suggestions unless you had a guy in a speedo along with the girl in the bikini ....that way everybody would have something to look at. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Nice work Bud! Are you getting any spring fishing in down there or is the run-off still too heavy for good stream fishing?

Streams are all outside of their banks and the run off has not really got started yet! Really screwy year. Been cold and wet. A few warm days got things started but then it cooled off again. Snowpacks are 200 to 300% of normal. Lakes and backwaters are the best bets for now.
