Well I knew I wanted one (even before I bought the Nomad with a fairing), but figured it would be a while before I coughed-up the $$ for a Tour Pak, and even then, I was planning on the smaller abs one on ebay with the backrest and luggage rack for $120ish shipped.
then....
I found a HD Tour Pak, with wrap around backrest, luggage rack, integrated lights and speakers for $50!!!! http://s2.images.proboards.com/shocked.gif Yes, I said fifty bucks! http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif . After shipping it cost me $120 total, but still a serious score!!!
Was a little surprised by it's size and weight, but can't wait to get this badboy painted and mounted. Will be fabbing a rack over the next day or two, then painting shortly after. Should be on by the end of the weekend. Pics to follow.

I'm missing a HD Tour Pak, with wrap around backrest, luggage rack, integrated lights and speakers. Have any of you seen it?

I know there are a lot of stolen hd parts out there, but I think this was legit (simply because the thing is covered in a thick layer of dust).
Got it off another forum. He's got hd hard bags for $150 still!

Better give it to Simdog - you wouldn't want your Nomad to be too heavy and not handle like a harley!
Nice... right place at the right time... don't forget to post pics when you're done!!
Wow, at a price like that I hope you wore oven mitts when you opened the box. ;)
Gotta love it when a great <s>stea</s>... err deal comes along.

Hey rhodyrider401 ... ya know, if you were to say ... fab an extra rack and send it to me, I'd probably forget about my "missing" HD Tour Pak, with wrap around backrest, luggage rack, integrated lights and speakers that, for the life of me, I don't know what happened to :)

Rack is 90% done, just gotta let the paint dry and attach it. Going to try to hook up the speakers and lights today too, but going to forego painting it for a while (it's presently wrapped in (p)leather, and doesn't look half bad).
Gotta find something to put where the hd emblem was (back center) though.
So far the rack has cost zero dollars, as I made it from a very old steel street sign I had.
I'll search, but what's the easiest way to tap into the lights? Any one know the wire colors?
It's always nice to get something at 1955 catalogue pricing.
