Click Modify Profile.
Under Account Preferences
I have everything set to "YES" but
Hide Email & Stay Invisible....for those 2 I have it set to "NO".
Then click Modify Profile again at the bottom... and you're done.

Under Account Information... where it say's Password & Password Again... Leave them blank. Don't put anything in there.
