As mentioned in my earlier post, I will be doing some long trips in the future. Has anyone had any experience with this bag? All the reviews look good http://s2.images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif

Thanks for the link. Looks like a great bag, actually probably the best bag I've seen.

Abbo, can you give me link to it? What type is it? I googled "t-bags" and there are quite a few variations of t-bags. How much are you asking?

T-Bags is the brand name of a manufacturer of motorcycle touring bags. It's also a generic term used by some for any piece of motorcycle luggage, sort of like Kleenex for tissue. T-Bags makes good quality stuff, I've owned a couple of them.

The features of the one you are looking at are good for what I like in a travel-bag.

As with this one... I like having separate compartments on the outside for various things I need to get to in a hurry or conveniently; and the shelving inside helps keep things better organized once arriving to the destination.

You might find that this bag isn't all that big. I have one like it and many times wish it was bigger.

These bags are also pricey when purchased new.

Looking for a "used" bag might the the way to go if looking to cut expenses. They seem to be out-there is you look around hard enough.

I have been using a Kennetts bag similar to this one http://www.kennettstradingcompany.com/best-seller-2.php. I have had it for 5 years now and it still looks brand new. However, if I were buying a new bag the one thing I would make sure it had is either wheels and a pull out handle like a suitcase or backpack straps. When fully loaded and trying to carry it, a helmet, some stuff from the saddlebags, well you get the idea.....

Thanks Brian, the one I'm looking at does have wheels :)

If you are going solo this is the bag I have been using but with Ava going on trips now it won't fit on the luggage rack. Rides great on the passenger seat and has a great 4 point attachment system. I would give you a deal on it.

I have this one too. Bought it used a couple of months ago. Stopped by the car wash on the way home and a couple of bucks later, just like new. Haven't used it yet though.

I have had this bag for 5 or 6 years, it a ggod bag the outer pockets are great for maps glasses etc easy access without openeing the main compartment. The inner shelf is nice but makes access a little tough as you have to unzip one whole side for access to the main compartment. As someone else mentioned the clasp are less than bullet proof. The best thing are the wheels it makes life so easy to roll it into your room after a 400 mile day riding through hells canyon in august.

I have a 2011 Vaquero with the back rest. The sissy bar and pad together is not too tall, I wonder if the Full Dresser Bag would be secure if mounted on the passenger seat?

I have the grantailgater, you can use it on a rack or on the pillion with a backrest. Seems well enough made.

i bought this exact bag which is far from an inexpensive bag and was very
dissappointed in the poor quality and lack of quality control and service from
kuryakyn.the bag arrived with one of the upper pockets sewed on upside
down and one of the fast buckles broke on the first trip.i contacted kuryakynto see if they could provide me with new buckles as they are an odd size and they e-mailed me back saying sorry about that but we do not not have spare parts.i ordered some replacement buckles on line but they just don't lock in properly and can be pulled apart easily.they suggested returning the bag to the online vendor i bought it at my cost for shipping of course.>:
