Hi All,

If you haven't read this thread (click link below) you should. I have never been so pleasantly surprised how a big company (Battery Mart) took care of a problem. The amazing part is I just sent a simple email requesting them to correct the error....and I have no idea how they tracked me down through this website?? Scary but good.

I seen that earlier, more company's are using places like facebook and twitter to monitor people responses about their products. There must be programs available that pick up on key words and direct them to the location.

I did just find out, the difference between Amazon or buying direct from Battery Mart was only a dollar and a half in shipping. So I used Amazon, bought my battery, and went to close the second window (BatteryMart.com) and a window popped up offering an extra $4.50 or $4.60 off the purchase price. So I paid more at Amazon :( But, I have one coming.
