This is getting more weird....last year in Niagra Falls Canada while riding thru the stop and go traffic.....someone took my picture.....didn't take one of my hubbie on his Wing or the other couple with us behind me on their wing....just me. Okay ???

Then yesterday driving thru Millington,TN (naval base town) people were lined on the streets watching the navy seals air show......there were four bikes this time.....saw this dude taking my picture as we went by. Okay ???

Then today....got finished gasing up....ready to pull away from the pump...a pickup truck pulls in blocking my exit....dude rolls down the window takes a picture of me sitting there on the bike and drives off. Okay ???

Whats the deal? Hey female on bike...or are they taking pics of the bike? ??? ??? ??? ???

That one today was a bit creepy....I pulled out behind him and stayed behind him for about a mile then the road forked and he went to opposite way I was planning on going....Just thought that was weird? Like...geezzz you think he might have asked me if I minded if he took my picture?

Thats because men are fascinated with females on bikes. Either that or they all happened to be japanese tourists. I saw a bus full of japanese tourists get off the bus one day at Zion National Park and they all had their cameras raised high above their heads pushing their fingers as fast as they could! I kinda like that technique - white people get in everybodys way and take 5 minutes to snap one shot and it still doesn't turn out. I guess if you take 5 million pics, theoretically, you should have at least 1 that looks decent http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

That reminded me......when we were coming back from Americade in NY stopped at a rest stop. A tour bus full of foreigners pulled up.....spoke very little English but asked and kept snapping picks of all three bikes.

My hubbie made the mistake of letting one little old lady sit on his wing for a picture and then .......half the bus kept taking turns sitting on his bike taking pictures of each other. Even with the language barrier you could tell they were thrilled to death and kept saying 'thank you'. LOL

Nevermind the bike, it's because you're so cute and lovable ;)

I think because you either have a Workers' Comp claim/Insurance disability and multiple PI are taking subrosa evidence to prosecute you. No big deal

Too funny.......

Although in unwind's case, she just needs to stop flashing all the traffic as it goes by http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Could it be the dreaded plumbers crack attracting them?

I assume that you are fully clothed, no body parts hanging out from behind leather? Just kidding. Wolfman is right about men seeing women on bikes. Sort of hits a curiousity button that we can't resist. I would only be concerned if you start feeling stalked by the same guy. But then, you have friends.

Flightdoc - you know I followed him for a bit - would have been easy to get the license number - didn't think about that. It was really creepy...I mean he pulled in - blocked my exit, took a picture and pulled out :-/. When he first rolled down the window I was expecting the ususal Q's....what kinda bike, what size etc.....never said a word???? I don't know about you guys but frequently I get the - Is that a harley? question.

Idaho- If anything was haning out I didn't even realize it.LOL http://s2.images.proboards.com/shocked.gif
