What were YOU doing 3 years ago today? I was haggling the price of my 2007 Nomad at the dealership. Over 47,000 miles later, it's still going strong.

I have no idea what I was doing on this day three years ago. However, I had owned my 2006 Nomad for just over a year, I purchased it on July 27, 2006. I was still lurking on this forum. Finally joined up in November 2007. So far it's been a great ride, on both the Nomad and KawaNOW!

I hadn't bought my first bike, nor taken the MSF course. I was just looking at the possibility of getting a bike of some sort to help my mental health. Now if you ask this question about mid-November, I would have bought my first bike, the Nomad, and waiting to take my MSF course.

I was working at Siemens but two years ago I had just gotten out of the hospital after having left elbow and shoulder surgery. They both still bother me but I can still enjoy the ride.

I was probably working or getting ready for deer hunting season. No thoughts about a Nomad or any kind of motorcycle. My thoughts were confined to being in the woods as much and as often as possible. What a change 3 years can make.
