End of year add-ons

As fall approaches I made a couple of purchases for the bike. Bought a bike to bike Scala Cardo system for the wife and I. So far I have really liked it.

I have gone rounds in my head about what to do with my fairing. I have the outer mounted and recently aquired an inner from a friend of mine. I was going to go and finish the inner fairing with gauges etc. But to be honest, it just seemed like a pain in the butt to complete. So I'm now waiting on a Shark stereo to show up at my house.

I'll take some pictures when I get it mounted. Looking forward to hearing it since they seem to be well reviewed.

I added a portable Cobra CB and Garmin GPS. Both work great.

Dave can attest to the CB working great! It came with a helmet mount with two large speakers and a boom mic... $145 delivered in 3 days. No external antenna, just the antenna you see on the unit.

What does the Cardo system do, monitor your heart? Just trying to inject a little humor. I know what you are talking about. Sometimes I wish I had helmet to helmet but with no one behind me I guess it would be wasting my money. So I just talk to myself.
