Looking to buy a V-nosed, enclosed motorcycle trailer. Color doesn't matter. Prefer used. Looking for a 6x8 or 6x10. Reasonably priced.
Will pick up.

I thought you were getting too old to load that beast in the back of that pickup. But I wasn't going to say anything. http://s2.images.proboards.com/lipsrsealed.gif http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Al...

Just in case you were looking to haul the Nomad... you're going to need at minimum the 5x8 V-nose (with the v-nose providing a full 10 ft. of length down the center).

I have a 5x8 v-nose. Bought it in Seneca, IL at R&P Carriages. Best price I could find anywhere in any state at the time. $2,600 new. I know they are selling the same trailer with the same features this year for $2,500. Not much difference; but still some off.

My trailer has a lot of features other companies charge anywhere from $500 to $850 more for.

It is a U.S. Trailer brand. Not top of the line; but more than what I needed.

Thought since you visit once in a while to Belevidere, IL you could just make a stop along the way if they have one. Google them if you are coming up this direction, and call them.

I was thinking the same thing. Watching Al load the bike was one of the reasons I go to these rallies. :)

Al, FYI: I bought my 5X10 dove tail trailer on I-35W in Grandview for a grand. You get it like you want it, and with 3500 lb axle, new tires, Heavy Duty fold ramp. I saw a lot of junk for $600 and just went with new.

Oh sorry Al, I just noticed you wanted an enclosed trailer, so you don't have to witness it falling over. :) Mine is standard open trailer.

Also be prepared for Nomad riders to snicker and take cheap shots at you when you drive up with the Nomad on a trailer. I tell just tell them I used to own a Harley and it is hard to break old habits.

Hi Al... feeling like visiting me up here? Here's a great deal if you don't mind "the look". I know it says MotorCross specific but I'd go look at it for you and see if mine would fit, if you wanted.

This is my trailer. Good features. Low profile (so it fits in my garage), vinyl-lined interior, interior light, side-door, rear ramp door, torsion suspension, a solid tongue, LED lighting, plus lot's more for the price.

Check the list of features here. Only $2,495...
