LOVE the Longhorns...

make sure you mount in a place where you can place your heels on the floorboard and toes on the pegs...gives you another position for your legs...

I just have the iso dually's not the longhorns and love em to death. kicked myself for waiting so long to switch them off my smaller bike.

I just installed them last weekend and I would highly recommend them. So far, I've changed the adjustment about a half a dozen times. I believe I finally have them about dialed in. I agree with DaBull, it is very comfy to have them where you can leave your heels on the floorboards and toes on the pegs!

Put the longhornes on my 1700 a week or so ago and like them. Never thought of resting my heal on floorboard and toe on highway peg so went to see if I could do that and I can. feels good. thanks for that tip.

When it came time to design pegs for my bike I sat on the bike and tryed many positions to feel as comfortable as possible. I found the lower posistion of the peg utilising the the boards were just right. This location enables many posistions while riding and clearance is not even an issue..Bdog
