At that time we will be checking off your arrival, ICE forms, collecting the waivers, and yes! handing you your very own limited edition, personal ID tag. (Which I'm being told it entitles you to free admission to the local strip joint http://s2.images.proboards.com/shocked.gif ;) ) I think, and In my case I know ID tags are necessary with all the new faces so everyone knows who's who.
Unlike the other regional rallies we are going to have our cookout on Thursday afternoon/evening instead of the usual Saturday night cookout. That way we can keep the coals hot and throw burgers and hotdogs on as needed and no one will have to track the group down and eat leftovers.

That sounds like a plan, Larry. Most of us should be there by Thurs afternoon. I was at the bike night with John last night and it seems that he is know attending the rally again. He has to work Thurs but is hoping to be able to get away in the afternoon and arrive around 9-10 pm.

I was planning on taking my time getting there (back roads) but planning to be in the area by 4 PM or so. Should I consider getting there earlier since you're talking about eating in the afternoon if I read it right.

My sleep patterns been really buggered up the last few weeks.
Now that schools out we are all on dayshift and getting up at 5am doesn't agree with me. Sometimes I catch a nap in the late afternoon and then Im up all night. Im working on fixing that this week. ;)
