I think it was right after that we got disconnected. She's been at the shore for almost 2 weeks.

I did get some from Cuba, and a few from the Dominican as well.
But at 2-3 cigars a day, they don't last too long. Im trying to stock the humidor as well and age some, but its tough to do.
Id like to get some Macanudo's and Rocky Patels when Im down.
Ive found that about half of the Montecristos I have arn't that good as far as quality, a lot are rolled too tight and have a poor draw. Although when you get a good one they are excellent.

maybe if you roll them with your fingers they'll loosen up some

I tried doing that, it didn't work too good. they are too tight for that. I used a poker with some success, but it still wasn't right.
A few people on a cigar forum said that aging about three years makes a big difference, and they loosen up a bit.

Im not exactly sure what Im after to be honest, there are a few Dominican brands Id like to try, Im sure I'll find a place in my travels that week. If I do decide sooner I'll let you know in advance Rich. Thanks.
