Stebel Nova Chrome

Mounted a Stebel Nova Chrome horn. http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee275/nitro100/stebel.jpg It's the black horn with a chrome plastic cover over it. I know it's been said before but dang if it ain't LOUD. Found it on eBay for $57 I'm sure some one will find it for less but I'm happy with my first eBay purchase. One tip I'll pass along. If you are going to mount it on a humid 95 degree day wear a sweat band. I dripped sweat on the top of it and it marred the chrome plastic. I hope it will come out with some careful cleaning.

I waited to test fire it until I had it all ready to ride. I pulled up in front of the house asked Deb to come hear the fathers day gift she got me. I pressed the button, she cursed, stepped back and said. "Now I can't hear, thanks!" Prolly upset her cuz she was watching a lifetime man haters movie or something.

Looks good! Did the same on my Nomad, but bought it for TOO MUCH!

Wheelie dont worry about the chrome. It will slip off faster than you want. Mine is almost gone after a couple yrs.

The ad didn't mention the chrome was plastic. Still like it a bunch, but as a wise man once said. Buyer beware!
