Kris.....sorry.....I did not see the post in the "rides" forum until just now! Man that really sucks. If you can find of those fabric/velcro wrap around ice paks they are very helpful and convenient. You can throw them in the freezer after each use.

Hopefully it is feeling much better by now and glad it wasn't worse for you or the bike.
