Thurs meet at motel?

From what I've read most everybody is arriving Thurs day or at least by evening. I know everyone will have different issues as we will be coming from different areas/distances, but I was wondering if we should try to make some rendezvous time at the motel, say around 5PM to try and greet/meet?

Thats exactly what we did last year., and for the late arrivals we left instructions at the motels desk where we were at. As time gets closer I be asking for phone numbers so we know if someone is going to be late or not coming.

Its about a 7 1/2 - 8 hour ride for me so if we leave about 6 or 7 am we should be there in plenty of time. There will be a couple guys coming along with me as well. Just have a couple beers on ice if you get there early.

We can usually manage without a cooler, the hotels have an ice machine and I usually use the plastic waste basket with a plastic bag. It works for me.

I am 100% on board with that. If you guys are planning a meet and greet Thursday as mentioned earlier I hope it is within walking distance or some sort of public transit.
