My brother just gave me CD 's for all the seasons of Trailer Park Boys, which I had never even heard of. I am up to about episode #20 or 21. OMG.....those guys play low-lifers to a tee! The show is both lame and hilarious all at the same time...and while part of me says to quit watching...I keep pluggin in the next episode! You have to love a show where you can crash a car and still emerge with your rum and coke perfectly intact! Who can tell me when these were made and what part of Canada they were filmed...??

So far my favorite segment was when Ricky got into a shootout in the grocery store with his buddies who were trying to steal food (ie: hot dogs and chips) for his wedding. I almost peed my pants http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif! Not to mention Ricky going from rich to broke in two days after their big mary-jane sale to the prison guards... ::)! I also love the way Ricky uses a hockey stick to clear the junk off his live-in car when he wants to roll....priceless!

You just know there are people like this out there among us...god forbid..... http://s2.images.proboards.com/tongue.gif! Quite a departure from your normal programming, but I can imagine those guys are cult heroes in Canada, eh?

Its a real popular show here but I can't take more than a few minutes of it myself. Some of the guys at work here love it.They do come up with some pretty ingenious ideas for a group of clowns.

It is filmed in Cole Harbor Nova Scotia, outside of Dartmouth. At first I was not that much into the show but after a while it grows on you and yea, it turns into an addiction. It certainly did have a cult following.

Quite a scary show; I've only seen it a couple of times and recognized the characters because I have relatives like that and worse.

You gotta see the 2 Movies! It's kinda sad but if you have lived in small towns you see resemblance in people you knew! For the prairies it was "Corner Gas" !
