Wanted-Quick release bolts

I'm having trouble finding the parts for the quick release bolts, any idea if anyone sells the set?

I have seen them for sale on Ebay.The kawanow website has a link to ebay and items for sale for nomads.

You can also buy some plastic bolt caps and glue them on your existing bolts. Thats all they have done on the ones shown on ebay. Check your local Home Depot, Lowe's, or Ace hardware store and you'll find them. Bolt caps @ 1.ooea

I have them, love them. Got them from awinters but these look the same. Yes you can make them but they were less than $5 each shipped to me and then you have the original bolts.
That's so you can gift them if you sell the bike???
