This guy is telling him how fast his dog is. He said I have had him run along beside the car and have gotten up to 60 miles per hour and he is able to keep up. His friend didn't believe this so he said I will prove it. They get in the car and the dogs owner starts up and gets to 20 mph and asks his friend if the dog is keeping up. His friend verifies that he is. He increases the speed to 30 and sure enough the dog continues along side the car. This keeps going until he is up to 60 mph and the dog continues to run alongside. All of a sudden he slams on the brakes. The dog starts skidding and stopping as the car does. The guy that doubted the dog could do this looks at the dog. He says what is that red ring around his neck. The dogs owner says that isn't a red ring that is his butthole. Those sudden stops are really rough sometimes.
