Rally BBQ dinner "NEW"

Information on the Rally BBQ dinner for Thursday, June 17, 2010.

The menu will be:
BBQ (pork)
Wings "not hot"
Slaw
Mac salad
Chips
Cookies
Sweet tea

The price is based on 50 people and will be $350 - $400. The individual charge will be established once we have a total head count. We must submit a total to the caterer 3 weeks prior to the event.

Also, in the other post about the BBQ dinner, it was mentioned about talking to the local dealer. I gave him the info on the Rally and dates. Our local dealer will notify the Kaw Rep who lives in Richmond, VA. Hopefully he will show up on one of those days with some giveaways or just talk.

Sometime around mid-May, we'll have to get an accurate head count.

Right now, not sure how we'll handle the money but (hopefully) we can just pay when you get your food.

No Mark, this guy is in Charlottesville and does a lot of events around the ch'ville area ( co. parties, graduations ect.... He is already booked for June weekends but we got lucky with the weekday thing.

And Joe, I think potato salad might be an option, but the slaw stays!!

BBQ without slaw is un-American. I think there is an amendment in the health care bill that says slaw must be served with BBQ.
