Join me in welcoming Scott "CactusJack" Hanks as the new Co-Rally Leader for the Western Region.

Scott will be helping Wolfman plan and implement the Western Rally.

As an ex-Utahn cactusjack is familiar with the terrain we will be riding and I think he'll be a great help in ensurring that all of us will have a great time and get the best bang for our buck. We want this rally to be enjoyable for all and should be worth the time and expense it's taking for people to attend.
