Eastern Rally Shirts

I need an estimate on how many shirts I will need to look at getting for the rally so I can get a better feel on pricing. If you need larger than an XL, the price will be $1 extra per X. I have no clue how much the shirts will be at this point until I get an idea on how many are needed and color scheme.

Color suggestions for the shirt. I know black or gray was mentioned. I was thinking maybe a darker blue may even work. They have a decent color gray. I'll get a mock up of the design and put it out when I get it.

Please help me out with the count and color!

Black, Black, or Black would be my first 3 choices........dammit...sounds like I will be spending an extra $1. Will probably want 2 or 3......2 xxls and one medium probably for my wife.

As far as color goes, I'm getting an idea of what color folks want. I'm not offering more than one color at this juncture and probably will only have one color with the final printing. I will have to talk with the shirt guy about that.

Even though I can't make it to the rally I would still like a shirt. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,NOT BLACK. Almost every motorcycle orientated shirt you see is black. Come on you guys, think outside the box.
I think gray or your idea of a darker blue or even red would be good.
Just a thought but you could do a poll.

Bump again for those who may be interested. I hope to talk with the guy this week. Probably won't be until Friday. I'll post the list of those interested in shirts and what sizes at some point to make sure I got the count and such correct.

I've saw the write-ups and comments, what I was wondering is if there is something I have to sign? Or when I'm ready do I just make Resv at the hotel? ???

There is a waiver to print out and sign on the rally thread. You just bring it with you to the rally. You can also sign one at the rally.
You can book your own room also, the info is on the rally thread. I would let Kawgirl know you were coming also.

The shirts are getting closer and I will more than likely not be using the local guy but going through Valdez. I like what I've seen so far. Will be talking with him more in the next few days and will make a decision and post all the info. Thanks for your help Valdez.
