I am in a quandry. I'm wanting to mount my XM radio on the handlebars, but not sure how to go about it. On the 1700 Nomad, the front brake fluid reservoir is not a standard size, so the mount I had on my Gold Wing won't work. Also, where have any of you mounted a powerlet on the bars? I'm so used to riding a bike with lots of plastic fairing that I find myself newly challenged. Ram ball mounts maybe? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanx in advance.

I mounted a standard power recepticle on a windshield bolt. Works great and doesn't take up any handlebar space.

Greg,
I mounted a Powerlet power source on my handlebars like the one you see below...works great.

Wow! That's a spendy little item there. But it does look good. I've done some investigating and developed some ideas that might work. Thanx, guys.

They are definitely pricey, but they are also quality. They say you get what you pay for.... ;).
