Went up to Kirksville, MO. this morning and Liz traded her 04 Blue and Sliver Nomad for an 08 Red and Black Nomad. We feel we got a really good deal at John's Percision Cycle. I would recommend him to anyone local looking for a bike.

Got a lot of Liz's accessories installed, at least the important ones so we can ride tomorrow. Bad weather moving in late but we think we can get 2 to 3 hundred miles on the bike tomorrow.

Good deal watchman , only problem is now you and Liz have different color bikes. you are probably going to paint your Red/Black to match, right ???

Great news Jim.

Congratulations to Liz. A well deserved addition!!!

Can't wait to she her smiling face http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif on it in Eureka Springs in June.

Did a 340 mile ride to Palestine today on my '08 and it rolled past its first 1000. Expect to have about 2500 on it by the end of the month. Now I remember; I knew there was a reason I live in Central Texas.. (Not dissing my northern brethren. That white stuff just doesn't work for me)

Congrats on the new Nomad. I think your weather tonight is supposed to be worse than ours.

Congrats on the new bike. My wife is thinking of starting to ride her own bike. She is looking at a smaller bike though.

Chuck I don't think Liz is going to get to come down in June. Not enough vacation to make any rallys but Coos's Bay in July and ES in September.

Bummer,

She needs a better benefits package!! :)

Guess I'll have to wait for the Coos Bay shindig then to get a look at that red/black machine.

Al least you'll have more time to install more bling....... http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif
