I use Rejex, buy it online, I don't think it's in stores.
I first became aware of it from a Car and Driver magazine test.
I put it on my windshield, chrome, rims and paint.
It makes brake dust come off the rims much easier, bugs don't stick to anything as tenaciously when I use it either, that's why I use it on the windshield.
Thanks OB,DL sounds like the voice's of experience.
Out here in corn country we need grasshopper repellent. Those things hitting at 70 mph make a real mess.

If you can find it where you are, Westley's Car Polish is really good stuff!

I use S100. Find it online or at cycle shops.

WalMart brand of lemon pledge works great for a wipe down and cleaning the windshield. Regarding polish, whatever name brand is on sale.

One of the detailers I know recommends NanoWax. I've tried and it seems to work fine. Then again, most of the products today probably work fine.

Mequiars' gold class liquid. Goes on easy and wipes of easy. Leaves a deep shine or use their multi step products and finish with the gold class. You won't be disappointed.
For a detailer use Eagle One. wonderful stuff !!
All I've ever used was pledge in the spray can for 28 years of riding. For my shield and the rest of the bike. It's cheap and I have had no problems using it.

Zaino bros #2 polish. Have to order via internet at www.zainobros.com (http://www.zainobros.com)
The number 1 polish for the street rod group around here. I've been using it for many years.
