What bike from your past do you still have a soft spot for?
Mine would probably be Honda V65 Magnas.
I had one and two of my younger brothers had them. Back in the day the looked good and were fast. I accidentally did 135mph on it, totally by accident. Figured I was going about 90mph.
They look pretty dated now, I wish Honda kept making them and made them look retro like the V-4 Yamaha Venture does.
What bike from your past still is still using up hard drive space in your head?

Same as you Dan. Mine was a 1983 V65 Magna. Fun while it lasted but would never trade back.

I still have it. it`s an 81 flt tour glide. It`s a shovel & very old school compared to todays rides. only 28,000 mi`s on it. Actually have a fellow coming thats probaly gonna buy it. Just need the room & money always helps.
Two stand out, 66 H-D XLCH, and a 67 Triumph Bonneville. The Bonne was my first new bike, wrecked it in '68 and bought the sporty.

Probably my 1964 Norton Electra 400. I put a windshield and hard bags on it and rode it to Canada. First bike I rode that far.

That front disc must have been pretty cutting edge in 1974.

1971 BSA 650 Lightning. Pictured here after some work on it.

Had a buddy that worked on bikes and another that worked in a body shop. Between the three of us and another friend that fabricated brackets that I designed here is how we got it to look.

That's a 5 gallon Triumph tank. I eventually found a stock Lightning tank and seat.
1978 Honda GL1000 that my dad passed on to me. Had to sell it to pay auto insurance on a second car. It looked a lot like this
one.

Would like to have one like it for nostalgic value.
