Going out to the garage, clean up the bike and cover it :( . Rain all day today changing to snow tonight. Decision has been made ??? , I am going to get the nerves burnt in my back January 4th http://s2.images.proboards.com/shocked.gif . Right hip will have to replaced soon as it is pinching nerves quite regularly. In pain most of the time! A 99.9% chance of NOT making the Texas Hill ride. A 50/50 chance of NOT making the June rally. At least not on the bike http://s2.images.proboards.com/angry.gif:(" title=">:(" border="0"/> . Everything depends on when I have to have the hip replaced and recovery time. Sorry :'( to dump the bad news on everyone at this time but I needed to get it off my chest. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and Happy New Year.

Jim just remember we all love you and Liz and our prayers will be with you as you go through these troubling times. I know it is hard but keep in mind the good Lord will be with you and every thing will work out.
Merry Christmas Jim & Bea

God Bless you Jim and Liz. Prayers for a quick and painless recovery and that you will be riding as soon as possible. Take care.

Ditto on what they said!
If you can't make it on the bike, you can still come for the visit.

What they all said.
don't think your going to stay at home we can put a sidecar on liz's bike and with good painkillers we can go anywhere

Involved operation I've heard, but worth it in the end. We do what we have to do, sometimes we don't have many choices. Prayers are out to you and Liz, I know this is a hard decision but one that has to be made at some point. Everything will be back to normal before you know it.
It won't be long before you'll need the mobility to chase that granddaughter around.
If there is anything that I can do for you, you only have to ask.

Jim, you are in our prayers we both wish you a speedy recovery, and please still come to the rally if you have to cage it.

Thanks everybody. I am about to shift into that one day at a time mode. That is what I did when I had the first hip replaced and it worked so I will try it again.
