2010 End of Rally Cookout

We will be grilling dogs and burgers on Thursday night at the campground pavillion. Cost will be $2.00 a head to cover rent of pavillion, charcoal and meat. If you can bring a side dish, that would be great.

We also need to start thinking about getting some freebies together to give away that night. If everyone brings something, doesn't have to be a new Nomad (although, that would be nice), it will be a good deal for everyone. If you can't, that is ok too.

I mentioned the rally to our local dealer back in the summer. He said they would be happy to provide some giveaways and also mentioned that the Kawa regional rep now lives in Richmond, could see if he can provide anything since he is so close by. Just a suggestion.

We are still going to have a final get-together but we are canceling the BBQ catering. It was going to be too much per person with so few people attending. I think we are going to find either a park or something were we can gather on Thursday night to have a meal. I'll keep you posted.

I am waiting to hear from the campground later today. They have a pavallion that is available for rent, with grills. It would be around $3.25 a person for the rental. We could do dogs and burgers, with some side stuff that we pick up.

Ok, here's the deal for Thursday night. We have the pavillion reserved at the campground from 4 pm until 8 pm. Cost will be $2.00 per person (cost of pavillion, charcoal and lighter fluid, dogs, burgers and rolls). We will get enough for everyone that wants to eat with us. I will get some plates and such up there.
