storage pouches for nomad saddle bags

Can anyone recommend some type of storage pouches for the 2009 Nomad. I am not interested in the saddlebag nylon bags but I want something that I can attach to the inside of the saddlebags that I can store small items and various paperwork. Thanks again for the advice.

I would think you could velcro just about any trunk lid organizer in place for small items.

You could use a nylon/webbed pencil pouch like kids use in school. About 3 bucks at wally-world.

Before my trunk, I had a "car visor organizer" velcroed in my right bag. Worked out well.

Just went to Home Depot and picked up a couple of Husky document bags and some WorkForce multi-purpose zippered bags and Velcro'd them on. Does the job. Spent $12.

I use some leather/vinyl men's shaving kit bags for tools and other items in my saddlebags.

I was annoyed when the Nomad came out that the mesh bag was on the low side bag, not the high side.

10 years later I'm still annoyed. Can any one thing of why it is better on the low side?

And for that matter, why not have one on each bag? Would raise the cost of production like $2.00

Same reason the valve stems on the wheels are pointed to the low side. ??? http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif But I changed that.

Haha Dan, I've been asking that same question since I got my Nomad this spring. "What the... why is this stupid thing on the low side?!?!"
In my book, reduces functionality points by at least 50%

First 2 yrs I stored my glasses, gloves, etc on the down bag guess cause I thought it had the document holder this was the offical side. Then I said hell with it and went to the high side(NO not darkside yet) and have been happier not bending over. :-)

I agree with you Dan. why not both sides??? Very stupid imo.
