I would like to have a trailer for my Nomad, but do not have room to store one. Anyone had any experience with Port-A-Chopper or any other collapsible trailers?
Any help appreciated

Wow, they are expensive! But look like a nice trailer. You may want to do some research. I seem to remember there are some other similar compact trailers on the market.

WoW not cheap for what you get.Interesting concept and I can see a market for them, but I prefer my enclosed trailer. I have the room to store it when I'm not using it whereas the buyer they are after probably doesn't.

trailer-in-a-bag is about the same thing and is about 500 bucks cheaper. I have heard they are easy to use and store but have no personal experience. For that kind of money I would buy a regular trailer so I could use it for generally hauling as well.
Shop around my friend. that is my best advice.

Ebay search turned up this. It's made by Rad Industries.

Works great hauling the bike and anything else that doesn't fit in the car...Just use a removable wheel chock to keep the bike secure. folds nicely in the garage..Joe ;)

My advice... look for a high quality used one. Maybe you can find a Kendon or something similar.
From my experience... you'll eventually regret having bought one of less quality.
This site carries quite a few varieties of open-rail trailers so you can see what the various features are -- so you can then have a better idea what you are looking for. I wouldn't say that this site's prices are the best... not the worst either.
