Visor Cleaning Tip

Hi All,
Thought I might share a tip I happened upon this morning after arriving at work. I hit a nice juicy bug on the ride in and needed to clean my helmet visor. I didn't want to use a paper towel for risk of scratching and happened to see a box of PC screening wipes. These are individual pouches with one wet wipe and one dry wipe. It cleaned the goo right off and no scratches. I think I might keep a couple of packages in the mesh pouch in my saddlebag for on the road touch-ups.

That's a great tip! I always hate using a paper towel at a gas station when there is a big bug that I need to clean off the shield. I think I'll put a pack of those in the saddlebag. Thanks!

If you wore a 1/2 helmet you could just catch them in your mouth. I eat breakfast on the road riding my bike, and dinner on the way home. Lost about 50 lbs in 3 months doing this and I have wings growing without drinking one Red Bull!!
