I made it home safe along with fisn 'n chips.

I had a wonderful time with great people. We made the best of everything despite the weather. I am so proud to have met you all. You are real troopers. May God bless each and everyone of you.
Just one question, even though we rode in some rain of biblical proportions, aren't you glad we did it ? I know I am. Cindy, you are a real spitfire and you gave chips inspiration to ride to the next rally which I'm already looking forward to ;)

Cindy and I made it home safe. Pulled in around 5pm.
Yes Beez I am glad we came to the rally. Thank You for all you did and that was the best pizza I ever ate. ( Because you paid for it http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif )
Cindy says Thanks for the compliment and she had a great time. She hopes Chips rides to the next rally as it will be nice to have another Honda rider in the group ;).
Hey fish, I already have a shield but you can bet I will be buying water proof boot covers.
I didn't get to see Charley, Rooster, Radco and Sarge head out either but it was nice meeting everyone.

Cindy, Beezer said it right. I was so impressed that I am going out tomorrow riding. And I will be practicing those hill stops. I told Fish that I did like your tach and maybe it was something to think about getting for me.
Also, I am glad I went along for the ride. Everyone was so gracious and friendly, it was like a family reunion only better. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Good to see you all made it home safely, It was great to meet you all, I had a great time with you guys and look forward to doing it again. Thanks for sharing my birthday with me, it was a lot of fun and one I certainly won't forget for a long time. I would actually like to go back and see the area again, hopefully in the sun. Im still thinking about the Curtis airplane museum we went to, I really enjoyed that a lot.
As far as my GPS goes, its possesd. It told me to go east on I86 toward Binghampton, so we did for about 20 miles. Then it got us lost coming into Buffalo. At this point I took it off and threw it in my trunk. I think Al wanted to stomp on it for me. A map and my short memory seem to do a better job. I got back home about 4:45, went for dinner to a Steakhouse , then straight to bed. I was falling asleep in the restaurant. We went through a bit of light rain a couple times, but nothing compared to Sat. It was overcast all the way to Buffalo, once we crossed back into Ontario it was 80 degrees and blue skies. See you all again soon.

Well, we're all accounted for except for Rooster and Charley. I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves. No plans at all, spontaneous all the way, and it worked. I guess I can stop worrying now. Cool http://s2.images.proboards.com/cool.gif

Hi Elaine, Cindy here.
I'm sure if you practice your hill stops you will be riding solo at the next rally. I think you would really like a tach on your bike. It helps you to know what gear your in.
See you at the next rally. Ride safe and often. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

It worked great, I left it on the bike until we reached Toronto. It was about 85 there and blue sky all the way in Ontario.
