Ya'll know I have the Hoppe Quadzilla with the Chrome Pkg.
Well, the chrome started fading and the black was showing
thru so I called them up last Monday and told them about it
and asked if I could purchase new chrome grills for it. The
lady asked for my name and address and said they'd send
me a set. Well, I thought that was pretty decent of them
until yesterday when the Package came. It wanst the Grills
I wanted. It was the whole chrome package including new
speakers that are 75 watts apiece instead of the the 40
watts that came with it. It also included the chrome stereo
cover too.
Folks, that's what I call service and it didn't cost me a
dime.

Its always nice to here about good service, that will be remembered and repeated by many. My neighbour just bought that same fairing for his Roadking, it also looks good on the buke.

Hey Dano, thats a good thing when you come across a company like that and your doing the right thing letting everyone know. I'm a firm believer that it is JUST as important, maybe even more important, to share with others when you get great service as it is to let others kow when you get crappy service.
