stebel horn installed yesterday,, and thank god it works, driving home in the pouring rain on the highway some nimrod decides to pull into my lane, hit the button and i could swear i smelled urine coming from his car http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

I do like the horn! I run duals - stock alone (quiet zones) or stock plus stebel.

Ah the Stebel horn...proven to make an inattentive Explorer-driving soccer mom drop either her cell phone or her Starbucks.

Just installed mine last week as well...can't keep my finger off the button.

I just installed mine also. Can't keep my finger off the horn button now. Great investment.

Like I mentioned in "psycho's" thread,....the Stebel horn has saved my butt more than a few times.
A great add-on.

Had my bike state inspected a month or so ago, and the inspector at the time remarked how the LOVED the horn! I do, too.

The only issue I've had with my Stebel is on a major thoroughfare, like the Interstate, or one another double-lane wide-open road. Maybe it's just because it's so open there, but the horn doesn't sound nearly as loud or resonate quite as well as it does in town, or on a Farm to Market road. Still, it's 100x better than the stock.

I'd love to swap it out for an even louder model with a little larger compressor. One of these days maybe.

I guess my Nomad is trying to tell me something. The stock horn quit working,so I guess I need to install my Stebel.
