This is what I expect my 1600 Nomad would have said to me as we took our last ride together............"Why are you doing this http://s2.images.proboards.com/shocked.gif? Have I not been good to you? We have had so much fun together, seen the oceans, the mountains, the plains, and oh......all those pictures from vistas and overlooks. Come on now, I've never broke down, in the 150,000 miles we have never needed assistance. I know you guys like the young ones ::)but I'm only FOUR YEARS OLD! What have I done wrong? Is it my drinking problem, I know you have spent more money on gas than you paid for me brand new but I do love those premium blends, I just can't help it. Please don't do it, the dealer will understand and give your deposit back (not), I don't want to sit in some used bike corral, no body will shine me. :'("
It was a sad day indeed, the end of a man/bike relationship is tough, right up until riding away on my new VOYAGER ABS http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif. It's been great, I'll pop back in here occasionally to get my Nomad fix but Voyager and I starting what I hope is a new love affair with a month-long tour along RT66, up the Pacific coast to BC, play in the Rockies and who knows where after that.
